yeah, I miss that too about BA...that you can get a cab very easily any time of the day. Here in San Francisco it's almost impossible, even if you call ahead.
Now, the chinese food delivery is news to me!In 1998,when I moved to the USA, finding chinese food in BA was not common.
Hope the heat is not killing you but if gets worse, escape to Mar Del Plata!! (or Carilo, my favorite)
